You do not get the friendly service I used to when it was just South St, before coming here. The service is shocking and you have to wait on the phone and 2 wks for an appointment.

I phoned up about my condition not having improved after taking the last antibiotic and was told at 4:30 today (Thursday) to bring on a sample by the receptionist but then she realised that it was a 4 day week end. She then told me to phone 111 (as 101 can't remember) which I did wait for 20 mins for a reply. Then there was an issue with 111 that they only deal with after 6:30.

Efficiency, care, expertise, very good, careful consideration of what might be most helpful to success from Nurse Lydia. A lack of early prescription of ointment prescribed i.e obtaining ointment to alter success of my problem due to a big delay from the doctors in signing the prescription and failure to forward it to the pharmacy early enough.
